Property deal (at Jai Aangan project at Jaipur) cancelled by Develope

Dear Sir,

I am Jitendra Gianchandani, FCA, practciing CA at Dubai (UAE).

On 4th Nov we paid advance Rs 143, 000/- to Mr. C.P Jain of Siddha PSIDL Township Pvt. Ltd. for plot of land at Jain Aangan project.

After so many years wait, finally develpers send us email saying that due to various reasons we are not able to carry out the project hence we will refund the advance paid with 9% p.a interest.

I think this is unfair and we should get the refund equal to market value of the plot of land, which to me is Rs 1 crore.
