Poor Quality of Construction & Service! Be Aware Before you Invest any Money

This is a genuine complaint by over 200 residents of a first residential project by this so called developer JMD Limited – Defining Quality – (Please don’t misunderstand its defining the extent of Poor Quality of Construction & Services)

M/s JMD Limited owned by Mr. Sunil Bedi has recently developed a residential apartment named JMD Gardens on Sohna Road, Gurgaon and the bad luck for all the investors started with a 2 years delay in the completion of project followed by incomplete delivery and offering of possession in instalments. The fact is that, it’s been over 2 years since the first possession was offered but still 20% of the flats are not ready.

Over 200 residents who are living in the apartment is struggling on issues one after another with no response from the developer, as he is not bothered after selling most of his inventory. The major issues faced by the owners of the flat in this apartment are

• Seepage in Basement and Flats

• Poor Quality of Lifts and Regular Break Downs

• In sufficient DG Backups against the promised 100% backup.

• Club Facilities promised & charged but never started.

• Intercom installed in half of the flats that too are dead since past 2 months.

• Poor Security, No Cameras, No Intercoms

• Fire Extinguisher work incomplete

• No License / Warnings for Lifts

• Wardrobe, Geysers & Bath Tub promised as part of buyer agreement but not delivered.

• Poor Quality of Sports Facilities & More

Despite of numerous complaints and written requests sent to the developer and chairman of the company, there has been almost no response. Some of the issues above are major security threats for hundreds of people living here but it is the good contacts of this builder with local government babu’s which keeps him less bothered about anything.

If any of authority in whole Haryana is reading this complaint you are requested to visit this apartment and speak to any one of residents to know the real situation.

This is one of the apartments that has best social environment, like minded and extremely helpful people, Plenty of Open Space, Green parks and everything what a perfect neighborhood means but JMD Limited with their poor Quality of service, Inability to deliver and failure to meet the commitment is spoiling the environment.
