Investor's protection group /investor association:-

opportunity availed by predatory promoters & unscrupulous

magt to play with public money without any fear of law.

A regulatory body, with due responsibilities to protect &

safeguard the interests of public /customers in respective

regions if close their eyes /not take serious think to the

situation with proper scrutinisation before extending their

support then some day rather the common man will be burdened

with undesirable load to fulfill their desires.

The clause /bylaws incorporated by jusco admn/municipal corpn/banks

to adhere with their individual norms are being ignored in every steps.

there now remains no right mechanism to protect inflations /interests

of society.

It now indicate that these bodies in their respective area encouraging

unsbrupulous promoters/builders to play with public money without any

fear of law.

No one now is accountable for their intentional omissions only interested

how to accumulate money, does not require to pay tax, inexchange to their

favours. As such the sufferings of common man in the society never ends.

rbi's move clearly spells out that things need to be done to keep inflation

under control. the benchmark raised by rbi straight away ignored by different

banks while sanctioning loan to individuals as well as diff promoters.

bank never follow with correct scrutiny before passing the loan ie now

loans passed on illegal constructions not adherewith the bylaws.

for the sake of under table kickbacks the scrutiny in every sphere ie

1-KICKBACK STARTED AT :-at municipality level who never bother for

illegal construction ignoring the plans passed following the byelaws.

2-At tata's jusco level who for the sake of money indirectly encouraging

it as well as extending connections for electricity & water to these

illegal constructions.

3-banks who ignoring the norms of sanctions loan on the basis of original

drawing passed just passing the loans without any fear of law.

Now all three basic authorities joining hands siphoning of public money

unlawfully.
