Subject:- Complaint Against Unauthorised Construction

Respected Sir,

We are the residents of K-33 Khirki Extn., Malviya Nagar and would like to bring to your kind notice that there are some serious unauthorized constructions going on in our flat by the builders which has made the life of the residents miserable. Builders are constructing High rise buildings with many flats. They have already illegally completed the construction work of 5th Floor and trying to start adding 6th floor, publicly making a mockary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. They started the construction of adding the 5th floor, thereby causing great threat to the safety of the residents as the building structures are also very weak. Such unauthorised constructions/High rise buildings are very serious threat to the normal, peaceful and safe living of this residential area, It also infringed upon our right to air and light, already roads are very narrow and almost no space for parking and it is therefore requested that immediate action should be taken against them to stop the ongoing illegal constructions and to demolish the unauthorized structures that they have already built.

If these unauthorized constructions are not stopped immediately it will encourage other builders to follow the same practice.

Kindly take an urgent action on this issue, before the constructions are completed, so as to stop further activities on this and also set an example for other Builders.
