I lodged a complaint against Shri Prasad Jog, Kalasgiri Developers, Brahmin Ali, Alibag - Raigad 402 201 in December at Council for Fair Business Practices, Consumer Complaints Redressal Council (India), Great Western Building 130-132, Shahid Bhagat Sing Road, Off Lion Gate, Next to Cama Hill, MUMBAI – 400 023. As per requirement I sent all documents in 2 copies. I received only 1 letter Letter No. 61/3378/09 dt. 14th May from above address. Whenever I asked the lady other end said that there is no reply from the person i.e. Mr. Prasad Jog and they don't have any legal rights to do anything against him. I sent 2 or 3 letters, but there is no reply till today. I told the lady other end to send me documents by which any explanation asked from Mr. Jog, she promised to send me, but till today I did not get any papers.

I sent many letters to Mr. Jog regarding lacunae in our block, but arrogantly he replied to my brother that he has built so many societies and he is not able to go everywhere to inspect the lacunae in every block or flat. He did not even reply any of my letter since 2005.

I want to know the legal rights of Council for Fair Business Practices, Consumer Complaints Redressal Council (India) as for so long period there is no response to my letters. Kindly let me know their Delhi address as on their site, there is no full address with pincode is mentioned. They publish Advertisement on TV "JAGO GRAHAK JAGO" and I want to ask them what is the use of such adverstiment?
