Delay in possession

Please never purchase any flat from Kalpaka Builders in Ernakulam. I have purchased a flat in Blue Diamond 4 years back. They have delayed the project by 3 years. Still I haven't got the possession letter. Whenever I call, they give some excuses and crib about lack of money etc. Many of their projects are in full swing and they don't have money to complete a 4 year project. Nobody cares to update you the progress and they never return the call. I have a penalty clause in agreement in case of a delay in possession, but no reply from them after repeated attempts. I am planning to file a suit in court. Please think many times before you deal with such un-professional company. Do any one else is having similar experience with Kalpaka Builders?
