Cracks & Major Damage

My name is Kapil Arora, I residing in G-2/47, Sector-11 Rohini, My side plot no. G-2/84-49 made new construction due to this my property has major damage in wall and floor and major seapage is coming to our house, I living with our family I have 2 children in the age of 2.5 years, I also complaint in MCD (Rohini Zone) and Police Station, (Prashant Vihar) dated 27 September.

This building constructed by a Builder which financially and politically very strong due to this no body can take action in this regard,

MCD JE did not entertain my complaint and said to me go to builder and compromise with builder, if someone see my property is totally disaster.

Please save our life & take necessary action in this regard.
