False commitment of Possession, Moving Funds to New Project by KDP infrastructures

I booked a flat (in Phase 1 - J Block - 3 BHK) in July with KDP Infrastructures G-47, Ground Floor Sector – 6, Noida - 201301, INDIA. with a promise of Possession in Dec. Have met the Director Tanuj Goyal of KDP, he assured us of possession in march further as well the head of NH58 builders association Mr KK Goel (Father of Tanuj Goyal)

Yesterday i visited Site and got to know that KDP have launched a new Project KDP Ethos and all funds have been shifted to new Project and Everybody (from KDP side) is busy in Grand Marriage of One of the Directors Tanuj Goel. I just got to know from one of the Property Dealer that they are spending around 4 Crs INR of KDP Grand Savanna Buyers.

Can anybody help me to provide me the Address of Venue, it’s on 9th November in ghaziabad.

Can we all join this Grand Waste of our Money on 9th November.
