KLJ Platinum Plus, Faridabad
No sanctioned plan yet demand for payment above booking amount

Two of my colleagues and myself had deposited the booking amount for platinum floors of KLJ Townplanners Td in July'2009. Two months after this we were informed by the company that they can only provide us third floor flats though we had applied for first floor flats in KLJ platinum Floors. So we were convinced to shift to KLJ platinum Plus. We were also told by representative of KLJ that they will start construction by Dec'2009. But the crux of the matter is that they have not received the sanctioned plan from HUDA. So when will they start the construction? Also on what basis have they sent another demand letter asking for further amount to be submitted for doing absolutely no work?
