NON REFUND OF PROVISIONAL ADVANCE REGISTRATIONBOOKING

I Vinod Kumar Tikoo R/o Flat No 823, GH-13, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi – 110087, do hereby serve the following legal Notice for your immediate compliance :-

1. That I applied for provisional registrarion of Flat / Unit in KLJ Townplanners P LTd future projects on 23.01.2008 and deposited an amount of Rs 1, 77, 000/- (Rupees One Lac Seventy Seven Thousand only) vide Cheque No 679842 dated 23.01.2008 drawn on I.O.B., N.R. Nagar, New Delhi.

2. That as per the terms and conditions of Application for provisional registration of Flat, it reveals that no plot of land was acquired by the company at the time of receiving the money and deceived me by not issued the Allotment Lettter even after receiving the huge amount of money from my client.

3. That after waiting much about 20 months from the date of application, I requested M/s KLJ to refund aforesaid money on 28.08.2009 and met Ms Amrita of KLJ T P Ltd office, who further advised me to meet Mr Parveen Mehra an Official of the Co. I

further met Mr Parveen Mehra and requested and even reminded on a number of occasions for the Refund of my application money. I further visited KLJ Office on 14.09.2009 and met again Mr Parveen Mehra, but on one pretext or the other, Mr Mehra has not refunded the money to me.

4. That I have not been maintaining good health and as such needed refund of the aforesaid amount and had sent a request letter on 20th Jan which was refused to accept KLJ Office. Further I visited Co Office to fix an appointment with M.D. and meet him to express my anguish on Feb 01, but the appointment with M.D. or even access to M.D. was denied by the Co. Officials Mr Manoj, Mr Manish. Instead I was directed to meet Mr Ajay Dua Vice. Pr. and Mr Sandeep Mehta, who were directed to solve the problem and arrange the refund to me.

5. That such refund has not been arranged to me even after meeting Mr Ajay Dua and Mr Sandeep Mehta of the company in a far flung office at Hotel Ashok, Chanakyapuri. Further on account of considerable delay in the project on part of the Co, I am no more interested in the allotment of the Flat/Unit and need refund of my amount of Rs 1, 77, 000/- alongwith interest @9% p.a. from the date of payment i.e. 05.02.2008.

I, therefore by way of this representation call upon you to arrange refund of the advance registration amount of Rs 1, 77, 000/- (Rupees One Lac Seventy Seven Thousand Only) alongwith interest @ 9% p.a.
