Quality of construction of Flat

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a flat at Ashabari Housing Complex at B.P.Township, Kolkata 700094 from K.M.D.A . K.M.D.A at the time of last instalment take Rs 48000/ over and above stipulated amount as per terms and conditions with the plea of increases of space. We demand for actual measurement but they do not furnish the same. We are of the opinion that this is nothing but fabrication.

We demand the return of money when they are not a position to satisfy the same.

Secondly, everywhere flat become damage due to leakage of water and poor materials and practically not fit for habitation.

The most striking feature is that there is no drive way for the Garage which

they allotted to us.

We are poor senior citizen and most of the money of our retire benefit is spent here for a flat.

We hope it will be looked into and redress our grievances in any way
