Constructional defects

Purchased flat at Ashabari Housing complex B.P.Township, Kolkata 700094.

Following are defects observed- complaint lodged but not attended.

1) leakage of water from toilet roofs

2) leakage of water in every corner of wall

3) stagnant water at the Balcony turns the brooding field of mosquito

due to poor quality of drainage system

4) Abruptly price escalated and have taken lump-some amount with the plea

of extra space provided unable to substantiate the same when demanded

5) Practically there is no driveway of the Garage

6) windows and doors not fixed properly
