Harassment by builde

I have purchased a 2 BHK flat in Star Gaze, Dhanorie Pune. It was the first township built by Kothari Tingre associate.based on the success of this township the builders have constructed various other projects like Paladium Grand, paladium homes, Paladium exotica. I would suggest consumers not to buy properties from this builder. Initially they give a lot of promises but later on fail to abide by. Water shortage is a way of life in these properties. Most scary and surprising is that the Partner Tingre manhandles and abuses consumers if they raise an issue. The builder harasses the flat owners by stopping the the lift and water supply all of a sudden and this goes on for days. If you decide to sell of the property the builder asks for a cut of 10% in the profit made.he refuses to give society handover (since last 2 years). I would suggest consumers to refrain from buying properties from this builde
