Today after close to 3 months I got a call from Kothari Tingre Associates and they called me for a meeting. I was a bit aprehensive and unsure about their response but to my Surprise, Mr. Suresh Tingre the builder himself while a bit upset, gave us a patient hearing and promised to sort out all the pending issues. I was taken aback by his warm gesture and even Surprised by his customer centricity and a positive aproach inspite of my derogatory remarks on the website earlier. Hats off to Kothari Tingree associate. They have helped me restore my faith in them...
