Worst apartment to live

This apartment is barely 3 years old. But the bathrooms are leaking through the inside main GI pipes (inside the tiles). These are then accumulate on the walls due to hollow bricks and the paint is pealing off with a white kind of fungus growing!

Another problem is with black fungus and their spores! If you are out for a while, the rooms get infested with fugus that can cause allergy and atsma!!

The builders have performed below standard work! Don’t get bogged down by outside looks.

Additionally, the management (association) is irresponsive. They are only concerned about funneling money that they collect as maintenance through fraudulent means. Furthermore, they threaten the residents. You can judge by the number of residents moving out from here!

Beware!!! Don't buy or rent here!!!
