Request for Justice

Hi,

I would like to inform you that I am Anshpreet Kaur living at 22 A Om Enclave, MaryGold Apartments, Sector-126 near Nijjer Transport Kharar (SAS Nagar). I would like to complaint about my apartment which was purchased and registered on 29th November on my name. We are first owner who occupied the building. Internal water leakage is there in all the walls. Marble has broken up in the kitchen. Pipes are leaking. Some tiles are of different colour and tiles are very low quality. Unskilled workers are used. Level of the bathroom for the water is not upto mark. Water comes into the room. Cheap wood is used for doors and even white cement is not applied properly on the flush of the bathroom. We are in problem and we are employees and we have taken a huge loan and whole of the life income is applied on that house. We went to builder to sort out the house many times and got refused to do so. We can send you images as well if required. We are suffering from internal damages and lose of around 2.5 lacs.
