Kshitij Developer/Prestonwoods
Not providing amenities what they have assured to give even the basic, already 2yrs delayed

Hi,

This complaint is regarding the builder Kshitij Developers for the project Prestonwoods society. They have promised in agreement to give the possession of flats max by 2010 dec... but gave possession in 2012.Still they have not allocated the parking yet. Basic amenities like fire fighting system is not ready yet but by bribing corporation people they got their building completion certificate. After so much delay, they have not put the main gate in the society, intercom facility is yet to be installed, lighting system in front garden in society is still not installed...

Other amenities like rain water harvesting, jogging track, club house, swimming pool, amphitheater which all are promised in agreement... for them builder is not giving due date... just saying will build...

Please take action on builder as they have not completed basic required amenities like firefighting, main gate, lighting system, but got completion certificate by bribing...
