Friends as you know in Real estate market there are no. of fraudes are cheaters. But how can we deal with these fraudes. Sorry friends it is very very difficult. If a customer default then Bank put his name in the CIBIL, but what happens if a builder is default...

Its a genuine question, but the sad part is our country's dont have any control over it.

But still, if we get united then probably we can minimise these sorts of problems. Please do the same what I am doing below.
