Possession

I have purchased an apartment from kubix realties pvt ltd in their kubix pappillon project in lullanagar pune in the month of august.

they had promised possession of the same in the month of october.

they are no in a position to give possession as they have violated some rules and regulations of the muncipal corporation and thus they are not getting the necessary clearances.

they are not in a position to commit about the possession, i have already sold my existing residence, i am helpless where should i stay.

they not even ready to compensate for the same.

kindly guide me.
