Poor quality construction-Builder cheats

I bought an apartment sold by Kumar builders (http://kumardevelopers.com/vijayresidency/vresidency.html)

in Bangalore. The cost of apartment was around 62 lakh for 1600 sq feet apartment.

BUT THE QUALITY OF APARTMENT IS PATHETIC.There is frequent leaks for bathroom fitings and pipes. Though the builder claims that he used best quality materials all fittings are substandard.

Lifts are in perceptual trouble. It almost always get stuck and it is a pain when children goes in lift and it gets stuck. The seller (One VIjaya kumar) ALMOST always goes in hiding when we call to tell issues. He only want to sell it some way or other as it is in pathetic quality and also it is now almost 5 year old apartment.

Please beware of this builder and his projects. He has another two projects called Vijay royal classic and vijay royal splendour. If you are planning to buy anything from this builder please be carefull
