STREET LIGHT NOT GLOWING

Hi

I am ramamurthy staying at NO64A 2nd cross 3rd Main VHBCS layout, Kurubarahalli.

A couple of month before most of non glowing street light in my street were replaced & few got changed to mercury light were they are not required at all, but the street tube light in front by house in not glowing for 6 months, no action by bescom.

I request you to take immediate action or i will rise this compalint to next level. Last nigth there was an baby fall, due to walking under high intensified mercury light and suddenly change over to a drak street made the vision of a baby to hit to a bike standing aside the road.
