I would like to draw your attention towards ILLEGAL Sale done of Shree Kutchi Lohana Niwas Griha Trust Property situated at Mazagaon, Mumbai-400010.

This Property Sold by it's Trustees to Private Builder in MAY on fake documents and Dummy (Duplicate) Signature obtained on NOC documents, which objected by some Tenants of Society on Sale of Property at the CHARITY COMMISSIONER Office Mumbai.

Now these Property will going to be Redveloped by Private Builder, Now questioned is that How the Redevelopment will be Proceeds further if Land is Sold by Illegaly?
