Cheating With Appartment Owne

We trusted L&T brand name and booked my flat in 2005. When the sale deed was executed, it was written entire complex is gated with 34 acres & 6 guntas of land/ play area and alll that and is for the enjoyment for the owners. We were later came to know that that the developer has relinqueshed about 12 acres of land to BDA. On 9th June L&T got the BBMP, BDA and Police into South city compound and razed down the compound walls and threw open the main road and park to the public use. When asked the officials didn't even provide any order from government or courts to do so. This shows the mental harresment which L & T is doing on the appartment owner. I would only say that be careful of L & T deveopler.
