L & T South City
Cheating by L&T to the South City Apartment owners

I booked flat at L&T South City Bangalore in 2003 and got possession in 2005. At the time of purchase they claimed that South City will be a gated community with an area of 34 acres. Now they have relinquished huge part of this land to BBMP keeping all the owners in dark. Also, several amenities such as rain water harvesting etc have not been working for last several years. In recent times, the L&T management is acting in a strange way. They have suddenly dug huge pits for rain water harvesting. These have become potential hazards as children will be playing nearby. Also, if L&T was aware of the relinquishment of land and the road, then they should have planned better from security point of view. Now there are several roads on which we need security guards and it has become very difficult to manage.

It is surprising that a reputed(?) company like L&T in collusion with Ranka Developers has resorted to punishing the genuise buyers and apartment owners. It looks like top management of L&T is either not aware of the grave mistakes their staff is doing which will tarnish the image of L&T. It is high time the top management wake up to what is happeing under their nose and take immediate coorective action and provide relief to the apartment owners.
