Encroahment to land property

My land is near the tarred road side. I have noticed that one post with 11KV line is placed and fixed in my property. The post is fixed 10feet far away form the road inside my property. These were done without my consent.

Shall I get compensation from KSEB as I had lost much preferred area?

What shall I do now?
