Material used in Flats

I have also purchased a flat at riverheights of landcraft developers in tower 3 at NH-58. At the time of booking I was told by the company's exectutive Mr. Chettan Billa (Asst. Manager - Marketing) & Mr. Rajnesh Dhuria (Sr. Executive-Marketing), now both have left, that I will be provided with the RO facility at the flat, but after taking on the possession of the flat I have been told that no RO facility will be provided to these flats as these are low cost flats. After too many arguments with the official of the company I have been told that no RO facility will be provided. As I was not having any written documents to proof so all my efforts went in vain.

Also after taking on the possession I have seen that the material used in the flats is of third class quality. It seems that walls and roof are only made of sands, no cement or mauram is used in the walls. In addition to that water is also leaking from the roof but thereis no one to listen any complaint of the consumer. If one complaint the officer of the company sitting at the site starts blaming other officials and they say that they are helpless in this regard.

Also the servicing company sitting at the site do not litsen to the menbers and they come to rescue only after getting too many calls from the consumer.

I really want to aware all the new consumer to think a lot before booking any flat with the landcraft developers but my honest advice is not to book any flat with this builder providing such a bad quality of material.
