Hi Sir/Madam,

I have a complain to report. I stay at Prashant Layout, Whitefield for past 5 months. Everyday is a journey to hell in this house. Water issue and load shedding is very common here. This is considered as a posh layout in whitefield. So I decided to vacate the premises and move to another place. I have given 1 month notice to the landlord. I got this place through a broker. Now, the owner is saying that he doesn't have money to give to me and until the broker gets another tenent, i will not get my deposit. The irony is this place is owned by a head constable in police. I have an agreement (at this time just a piece of paper).
