Dear Sir/Madam

I used to stay at Flat#1002, Willow Herbs, Near Ryan International School, Brookefield, Bangalore-560037.

Though I have vacated the house one month back, my ex-landlord Bipin is not returning the security deposit of 1.5 lakhs back.

On asking. he says that he doesnt have the money to pay back right now. He can only return after 2 months. Contrary to his statements he has money to paint his house once again as he is going to occupy it again after renting out to us for 11 months. He even did not give us 2 months notice to vacate. Even though we moved out of the house and cleaned the house to his liking, he still doesnt return us the money. Even ICICI bank have sent people to his house as he is a defaultor for 3 months now.

He started verbally abusing me and my family when we pressed him for our money and told us to do whatever we can. He says I will now charge cost to paint the house also. We have cleaned the house as per his liking but he still is trying to harass us.

Please guide me as to what I need to do and whom to approach to get back my hard earned money.
