Hi,

In Natasha Golf View Apartment people are renting out their flats without giving a clear picture to the prospective tenants. The drain water overflows every alternate years and you run the risk of your car drowning in drain water (literally drowning till the wind shield). I have myself spent Rs. 15000 or more every alternate year in getting the car serviced and the engine flushed after the drain, which runs between diamond district and Natasha Golf View Apt, flooded the car park in the past years. However, when I complained ot the landlord he tuned a deaf year and did not pay any attendtion to the loss I incurred. Please avoid renting out or buying flats in this property at all costs.
