Non performance/ Mis performance of duty

Dear Sir, I am introducing myself as Mr. Shaik Moinuddin, S/o Abdul Sattar - S/o Shaik Hussain Saheb resident of Vijayawada, native of Veeranki Village. We have some land to the extent of 31 cents in the following survey nos 75/6 - 13 cents, 75/9 - 13 cents, 75/10 - 5 cents for the use of both residential and cultivation in my village Veeranki which was granted by my grand father Shaik Hussain Saheb. We had shifted to Vijayawada 30 years back for some reasons. Since then the site has been being encroched by the neighbours. So I decided to got it surveyed and applied for survey in the mandal office and paid challan vide challan No.11179 on 22-01. since then I approached Mr. Srinivasa Rao, Mandal Surveyor many times and he had given many dates and cancelled at nick of the movement and I have lost much money in this regard by roaming many times. Finally He surveyed my land on 10-06 partially in the survey No. 75/6 only that also was not done proprerly. He evaded for the remaining two survey nos 75/9 and 75/10 saying that they were joint pattas. please do justice by ordder him to complete the survey sucessfully and properly
