NON Delivery of FLAT

Dear Sir,

I paid an advance of 26 Lacs in 2007. 20Lac in Jan / 2007 and 6 Lacs as first instalment with the hope the the builder mentioned below will deliver my flat in 3 years time (standard expected build times). The project never took off and I waited till 2009 July and opted to back out of the project. Now I am not being refunded the advances. The builder is pushing us around. Please note the details of the builder.
