Worst Builde

Hi, I bought a flat from LNS Developers or L N S Developers, Banaswadi, Bangalore. Builder name: Narayanasamy from Andhra Pradesh. He speaks Hindi, Telugu and worst English. He uses very worst quality building material, electrical appliances, bath room fittings etc for construction. His attitude is also very worst. He does n't know how to talk to a customer. He gives respect till he gets money from you. After that his behaviour changes completely and he abuses customer in a very bad manner. In just 1 week after possession of the flat i found cracks on the walls, frequent electrical failures due to short circuits, leakage of water from bathroom fittings etc. He is a big cheater. He delivered the flat without painting in a partially completed stage. After possession, he painted the flat and asked us to pay the amount for painting. We spent around 1 lakh to renovate the newly built flat for electrical works, bath room fittings, cracks on the walls, painting etc. He also has not paid around 1.5 lakhs charges to the electrician. We filed a complaint in police station. So please beware of Narayanasamy LNS or L N S Builder, Banaswadi Bangalore.
