Not yet got possession of flat - 6 months over due

Hi,

I purchased under conduction flat almost 2 years back. As per the agreement I should get possession on June but still I haven’t got possession. Few days back I got the letter that I will get possession on june which is almost 1 year delay. There is a provision of chargeback to company in case of delay in possession. Request you to please help me in this issue.
