My name is P. Srinivasa Rao, I am staying at plot No: TRT 1196, Sanath nagar Main Road opposite to A.P.Polution Control Board, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad-500018. After so many complaints to water work deptt over telephone (155313), I am sending this mail to you sir. Please solve our water problem immediately as we are not receiving a single drop of water and we have to call tankers for which you can check the record of the same at your office. Our neighbours are getting water, but we are sorry to say that we are not receiving a single

drop of water since more than year.

For your information we are giving our water meter nos. as per details given below.

2) 614464384 in the name of Bhanumathi

Kindly look in the mater and resole the issue with out any further delay.
