Cutting all plants for car parking

I've purchased one ground floor flat in 2004. Then there was enough greenery in this complex. But at present all the plants have mercilessly cut down for car parking. It's worth to mention that the society is getting money from those persons for keeping their cars. Now I being a senior citizen is having enough breathing problem with cars parked in front of my bedroom, Verandah. Infact the society with all its trees cut down seems like a desert and specially the ground floor people are totally blocked with cars in front of them. Please suggest a measure to combat this situation. Please help me.
