Indefinite Delay on possession

Respected Sir/Madam,

This complaint against Mantri Developers Pvt Limited

Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd has started a venture in Chennai OMR Road near Padur village with the name Mantri Synergy II.

I booked the flat (C Block #709) in Jan and paid 95% the flat cost by March thru bank loan. According to my agreement they are suppose to complete the construction and handover the possession by 31st July. But till date the construction is not even completed 50% and they keep on postponing the dates for every quarter. This is the 5th time they again postpone for another 4 months. Whenever I ask them they said they will compensate according to the agreement which is rs.3/- Per sft which is pea nuts when compare to the pre-emi and house rent which I am paying currently.

But delaying indefinitely is definitely not acceptable.

Could you please help me?
