REFUND OF MONEY

REFUND FOR NON ALLOTMENT OF FLAT

1. I have written following letters to MAPSKO BUILDER S PVT LTD with respect to refund of my money for non-compliance of six month period clause in alloting flat in its upcoming project CASA BELLA in sec 82 in GURGAON.

(a) Letter No IJS/Pers/521 dated 08 Nov.

(b) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/1112 dated 06 Dec.

(c) Letter No IJS/Pers/521 dated 13 Jan.

(d) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/334 dated 13 Mar.

(e) Letter No IJS/Pers/521/959 dated 20 Jul.

2. In terms of para 5 of the terms and conditions for Registration, in case of non allotment of flat within six months, the entire amount would be refunded alongwith 10% interest. Accordingly, I have paid Rs 9, 01, 600/- till date and the company had failed to allot the flat within the specified period of six months.

3. Despite repeated ibid reminders, the company has failed to respond leading to breach of trust and contractual terms and conditions.

4. An expeditious action to direct the company to refund Rs9, 01, 600/- alongwith interest component @ 10%is requested.
