A-56 Khasra no 4008/2704/597 3rd floor, sudershan park, moti nagar, new delhi-15 in the name of Ahuja’s. the owner possesses a parking in ground floor which is converted into a shop…he built a wall inside the parking &has also installed a shutter in front of parking…he has also installed a commercial electricity meter in the parking for running the shop…also, all the sewers of this building are situated in the parking area which is possessed by mr. ahuja…he has covered the parking area which is illegal…

he also possesses a roof over the 3rd floor on which he is planning to make an another floor…there are already 4 floors in the building & the construction of the 5th floor is illegal….

kindly take a necessary action to avoid a fight in future….expecting an early reply from ur side…..
