thers an illegal construction taking place in A-8/31 Sector -15, Rohini, house of Mr. & Mrs. Vandana Suri. They are constructing illegal balconies exceeding much limits of their house. These balconies of all the floors in front and back side of their house have been earlier demolished by mcd people around 2 months back. Now they ve again started constructing those balconies.

According to law if a construction is illegal once and have been demolished also once, how could one start reconstructing again. We hope that no compromising settlement could have taken place with the department here. Please take an action against the same.
