Noncompletion of Villa Compound

It is now almost five years since we are in contact with this copany and two years since we bought the villa in the Compound. Despite repeted promises of completion and sweet language of the owners and employees, the company has not completed the project as promised and too far from completing it. We got frustrated and got the villa regsitered with 6% of balance payment mentioned in the documents and with promised dates. Despite one year after even this promised date, the situation is same. The builder seems to have some secret understanding with Mr. Balreddy, the site owner which was never even indicated to us and now the company says that the site owner is not keeping his promise. The villa is still not in a livable condition as far as approach and construction going around and dust and din. Any amount of persuation and discussion seem to be in vain. The owner and builder must come to an understanding on the time frame for competion and hand over the villas as promised with amenities.
