Flats possession delay for 8 month

I have booked a flats in Aakrit Green Bhopal in April and as per agreement the maximum time of possession shold be 2 year now the 2 years going to complete in May. i have taked with the Director Mr. Rajeev Soni Cell No.:09826218822 and he is saying that due to our internal problem the particular block is going to delay for that i am having financial loss of RS.8000/month rent & 7000 / month intrest of bank so if the project is going to delay 8 months i have the toatl loss of 1020000.00 only now builder is resopnding to me about the delay of possesion . i want consumer court will involve and ask M/s. Aakriti to wear this financial loss & compensate me.
