This happened 6 months back. I had enquired for Marvel Realtors at NIBM, I liked their plans and specifications. I also checked their reputation and found out they were good with the delivery and quality of construction. After number of visits on site and discussions with the sales executive Jitendra, I decided to buy a 3BHK apartment in Marvel Isola.
I went to the office on sunday morning to their sales office. Their I met Mohsin and told him I had come to book a 3BHK at Isola. I filled the client information form, he read my name and he asked me ' Sir are you Bhori Muslim, I was not surprised as he was one too and population living at NIBM are Bhori's. So I told him no I'm not Bhori but sunni. Then he went out called his director to ask that should he take the booking or not. And I could hear what he and director was saying clearly as no one as there in the office. Then he came in and said according to latest information we don't have any apartments available at NIBM. I looked in his eyes and told him i heard what his director told him. Then he opened up all. Marvel realtors don't take Bookings of Muslims as their most of the clients at NIBM are marwadi's who are strict with non vegeterian policy in the society.
I addition to this racist policy of Marvel he also told me that the CEO of the company originates from Aurangabad. Then I got a clear picture of the situation. I told him I will file a legal suit against the company. Later that day their director called me and gave me threat of life. So I have been keeping quit for so long. But got courage to report this now.
