Non return of deposit paid in August

Respected Sir,

I paid deposit amount Rs.1, 00, 000 for a studio apartment in Maytas Hill county on August, 08. I canceled my application within couple of weeks and asked to return my deposit because I did not get proper service from Maytas representatives. This all happened before the collapse of Satyam. I have been asking them to return my deposit since then. I sent several emails to Mr. Saravanan, Mr. Mandeep Jaggi, Mr. Naveen Kumar, Ms. Silpa and Mr. Sumeet Reddy and several others. I even talked to Mr. Saravanan several times. He promised me that he will get my deposit money returned in last September. Nothing is happened so far. I would like to know how to get these people return my deposit. I appreciate your help. I can provide any additional details if necessary.
