Illegal Construction

I, Abhishek Aggarwal resident of D-14/166, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi 110085 would like to bring to your notice that my neighbour residing at D-14/167, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi 110085 has encroached upon public property by fixing grills to his unauthorized construction and put up flower pots on public area.

That encroachemnt created by the neighbour is creating hindrance to public at large who are residing in locality and is a big nuisance on public property.

I approached to the neighbour many times but they use to threat me and my family dire consequences if any complaint is made against them.

I tried to contact our Nigam Parshad Mrs. Anju Jain as well as President of our locality Mr. Mishra and submitted the application for the same with MCD dated 06th September but no action had been taken yet.

Instead my neighbour, is creating troubles for my family every now and then without any reason. He is showing me the terror the police too that if I take any action against him he will sent me behind the bars in a false case.

Due to this, me nd my family are living our lives with great difficulty.

It is respectfully prayed that authorities be directed to remove illegal structure erected on public property and flower pots illegally kept on the way of public.
