Huge delay in possesion

ABA Builders, which has advertised about themselves and their project ORANGE COUNTY as one of its class.

Its Indeed one of its class... where people (occupants) are suppose to get everything done them selves from electrical switches to plumbers job and what not

Few more unique features are:

1. Lot of its flat are not been offer for possesion... please note that the buyers are expecting possesion since March 09.

2. People who have moved in face a new challenge every day... parking is not yet alloted and used..

3. The office of ABA at site house lot of competetnt people who doesnt even pay attention to requests.

4. The entire campus is in mess and god knows if 2012 would be enough for them to move out.

5. AC's installed, plumbing work done, Material used are all substanderd... please note that these appartments were sold at primium prices...

Service providers like BSNL etc are not allwed to wire the soceity... so u are compeeled to take what ever is available there.

No body including the director there is aware of the finshingin line and timelines... it keeps on going and irritating the occupants.

yes... still the society is unique and people out there as occupants are trying hard to make it look butifull and colaborative.

Shame on the professinalism of ABA builders and they dont desrve to be rated high...
