Cheating by the builde

Its been almost one year that we have moved in Orange County and we are yet to get allocated car parking space. Also builder is trying to sell ground floor open green space as parking. This is quite serious issue. Also presently the builder's complete focus is on erecting and selling Tower-16, whereas the present residents are suffering because of various urgent issues that require immediate attention of the management team of ABA Builders.

We all have paid maintenance and club fees since we moved in, and its almost a year since then but there is no sign of club, swimming pool, getting complete. Who will give us the details of the huge sum of money paid by us for all these facilities we were supposed to use from the day we moved in Orange County.

Why builder is providing us domestic cooking gas via LPG Gas bank, a risky and costlier alternative when Indirapuram already has IGL connectivity.

Seepage is everywhere, spilt air-conditioners installed by builder are already out of warranty from manufacture side.
