Mechbull securities is an agency hired in Parshvanath Majestic floors Indira puram Ghaziabad, the agency bears the responsibilities for security, maintenance, general sevices, Electricity back up, DG upkeep and maintenance. The agency is responsible for collection of bills and charges CMC (Common maintenance charges) from the residents.

The agency in order to put pressure on the residents for any delayed payments (Payments made after 26th of a month), disconnects electricity provided by the Government.

On two ocassions my house members, Children, 4 years and 10 years, had to undergo the turmoil of staying without electricity in terrible heat, and the services were resumed only after the cheque was given. On holi when my family was away for a few days, the same was repeated, and all the goods kept in the refrigerator, were rotting on our return.

Does an agency providing D.G and maintenance services have the right to disconnect basic services that the citizen of India is entiled from the Goverments end.

The mental turmoil that the family went through needs compensation and the agencies right to disconnect electricity must be put on hold to help the residents from being blackmailed
