Builder is a Cheat

Dear All,

I booked a flat with Abhishek Buildconn Indore (Owned by Abhishek, Arpit Kachhwaha) in my wife's Name Neeta Raikwar in Aug at indore. We paind 3, 10000.00 as a booking ammunt through check and 30000 by cash. Initially eveerything was ok and i also got my loan of (15.5 Lacks) sanctioned from HDFC bank Indore.

Problem started when our loan disbusrstment data was approching and the builder was posponing our registry several time. We keep on calling him continuously but sometimes he picked the phone, sometimes not. It happned till 5 months from the date of making down payment and sale deed.

As my wife is from Indore and we both are working professional in Delhi. We managed to visit several times to Indore for registration whener we were called by Abhishek and his father Ravindar Kachhwaha.

But every time these guys were swearing to god for registry done on some next date.

Once we got frustated by false committment given by these 2 brothers and father from ABHISHEK Buildcon we ask them to cancel the deal and return our down payment. In return he returened our 30k Cash but the 3.10 Lack check he gave us was bounced due to insufficient finds. When we asked to give our money he again keep on giving dates.

Finally we lodged a court case against these guys in IPC section 138B and 420 for recovery of our money. Initially they refused to accept the lawyer notice, when summon was sent to their home address they recieved the summon.

i am being cheated by ABHISHEK Buildcom and fighting in court for recovring our money. Please beware of these guys.
