Illegal construction of 2 Bedrooms in the compound area

Respected Sir,

I would like to make a complaint about Miss Lily (Leela) Rukmani Samtani, reside at B-2 Kadam Flats, Krishna Baug, Near Fire Bridge, Maninagar, Ahmedabad.380008 Gujarat. Sir, there has been Illegal construction of 2- Bedroom on the back-side of the society compound. Its really bad that no one from our flat is having Strength to say anything about this Illegal construction. It had been years now, and because of this illegal construction the rest of the people in society are facing the problems such as Bad-Smelling from the bathrooms as the pipe-line of bathroom are passing that 2 bedrooms. As per society Knowledge, Miss Lily might had got permission from the Municipality Department for the Factory of Underware Set-up like 20 years before, but the factory is closed by her since 10 to 15 years as of now. Miss. Lily had illegal constructed 2 bedrooms in the place of factory for her own pleasure. Sir, I request you to please demolished these 2 bedroom construction as soon as possible.

Sir, the other complain is Miss. Lily had given the space of the society compound for the Advertisement Hoarding, which is also a pain to the society, as due to which there are too many mosquitoes harassing us because of Light on the Ad Hoarding. Above and all the Pigeons sitting on the Ad Hoarding for whole day and making their Shit* inside our home is the other uncontrollable and irritable harassing we are going through.

Sir, for your knowledge, the society had no permission to built up their own compound also. So please look into this also.

Sir, I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible.
