Non adherence of commitment

Madam / Dear Sir

I had booked a 1575 Sq. Ft. residential unit no. 304, Tower L, Phase II, under cash down payment scheme, in one of the ongoing project of M/s Amrapali Group i.e. “Amrapali – Heartbeat City 2, Sector 107, Noida through Investor Clinic on 7th October. At the time of booking, the company had promised me for a complimentary 2N 3D trip to Singapore for a couple. The scheme was also advertised in various newspapers.

As far as my payment schedule is concerned I had kept my promise and paid all my commitments much before the scheduled dates as mentioned in the Agreement.

Repeated requests were made to the concerned officers at Amrapali Group & Investor Clinic through mail, telecom and personal visits, for providing me the singapore trip, the company offered and promised to me but all in vain.

Through this mail, I request you to kindly sort out my issue.
